COOKING CLASSES
The villa can organise (on request) special cooking classes. These will involve a gastronomic journey - discovering local dishes, ingredients and products such as the famous Ham and Cheese of Casentino and our red potatoes from Cetica. You can discover typical Tortelli of potatoes, home-made ravioli, the exquisite "Nana in porchetta” and Arista of pork, just some of the options that Tuscan cuisine can offer.
